At ZenGallery, we believe your photos are your business. This policy explains how we treat your data with the highest level of privacy.

1. Photos and Files

ZenGallery is a local-first application. We do not upload your photos, videos, or files to any server. All photo management, swiping, and deletions happen directly on your device.

2. No Personal Identification

• No account registration or login is required.
• We do not collect your name, email, or contact list.
• Your "Keep" and "Delete" history is stored locally using an on-device database (Hive).

3. Local Data Processing

The app uses a "Spaced Repetition" algorithm to resurface photos you choose to keep. This logic and the statistics about your saved space are stored strictly on your device's local storage and are never transmitted to us.

4. Third-Party Ads (AdMob)

To keep ZenGallery free, we use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data for advertising purposes, including:

• Device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV).
• Ad interaction data (clicks and impressions).
• General (coarse) location for regional ad relevance.
